Job Description:


This position is responsible for leading Sales and Marketing for Gorilla and O’Keeffe’s at Target and other regional Mass channel customers. This position is responsible for leading and developing a long-term strategic partnership between customer and company while ensuring sales, profit, and key objectives are attained.



  • Customer Strategy: Creates strategy and business plans to create/leverage competitive advantage coupled with an unwavering commitment to exceed customer expectations.
  • Organization Leadership: Role model for leading the company's strategic interests and values. Promotes a culture of continuous learning and improvement, enthusiastically embraces change!
  • Relationships: Creates trusting/strong relationships with key decision makers and has deep understanding of customer strategic interests, priorities and growth opportunities across multiple departments.
  • Selling: Knows how to spot and capitalize on opportunities and can secure senior management support for key business opportunities including regional/district managers. Effectively lead and execute every step of the Target sales process.
  • Collaborative Leadership - Work with teams inside, outside Gorilla Glue & O’Keeffe’s to optimize sales, incremental opportunities, leveraging best in class analytics/replenishment/marketing/operations and private company capabilities.
  • PLR Preparation/Quarterly Promotional Submissions - Work with team to in the development and production of all sales presentations, promotional submissions and collateral materials.


Experience and Skills:


  • BS/BBA Degree in business related field.
  • 5+ years of selling Target and/or other Mass customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite of applications, Nielsen, IRI.
  • Experience with hiring and managing brokers/rep agencies.
  • Must be team player, with a highly-collaborative style.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, plus a creative and adaptable attitude.
  • Entrepreneurial/Ownership mentality.
  • Travel Required 25%

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stoop, reach, bend, stand, walk, lift, pull, push, grasp, talk, hear, see, and lift up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision such as reading handwritten and or typed material and must have the ability to focus.
